# What is the best Editor to work with JSON?

Hi,

i want develop 3D configurators like [this](https://viscircle.de/3d-konfiguratoren). Now I search a Editor to work? Which Editor is the best on the market now.

I’m only answering because it doesn’t seem like you’re getting any responses, but I think your needs are much more complex than mind.

Personally, I use [jq](https://stedolan.github.io/jq/) to select and manipulate JSON. If you are familiar with emacs, there is a [json-mode](https://github.com/joshwnj/json-mode) but personally I just stick to the normal js-mode because I don’t generally need to do much more than some simple fixes.

You might be better off asking this question on Stackoverflow, they have a much larger community.
